Whether or not Diesel Plant Services Ltd arranges collection and delivery of the goods,
the company shall in no way be liable for loss or damage in transit, which must be made
by the buyer against the carrier in accordance with the carrier's conditions.
We guarantee products for work executed by us for materials found to be defective in quality
or workmanship for a period of three months unless separately stated. We shall in no
circumstances be liable for any consequential loss or damage of any nature resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. Orders are only accepted upon our terms and conditions of sale which will
be made available upon request. Title of the goods will remain the property of Diesel
Plant Services, Ltd until paid in full.
